Shipments within Australia
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. If you select the Parcel option, your order will be shipped with insurance and signature on delivery, if elected. Satchels do not receive extra insurance or have signature on delivery.
Zombster is now trialing international shipping to a select range of countries! If you do not see your country on the list, please contact us. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and you will be charged in AUD on checkout. Alternate currencies are not currently available.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Depending on the selected delivery speed determines whether you will receive tracking or not, but all parcels will have Signature on Delivery. Parcels shipped by Express or Standard will receive a tracking number, however parcels shipped by Economy have no tracking information. Extra insurance is not currently available, but all parcels are insurance up to $100 AUD in value.
If your shipment arrives with notable damage, please notify the driver that you would like to sign for the parcel "Subject to Check". If an item in your shipment is damaged, please let us know by contacting us. You may be required to lodge a damage claim with Australia Post, or your country's postal service.
If you have checked the Australia Post tracking and your parcel doesn't seem to be heading in the right direction or if it says delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will raise the issue with Australia Post to figure out where your parcel has wandered off to. Please be rest assured as your parcel is fully insured. Should your parcel be declared officially as lost and we are unable to reship your order, we will issue store credit or a refund.
All parcels are covered up to a value of $100 AUD. If you have not received your parcel within three weeks of the ship date, please contact us immediately and we will raise the issue with Australia Post.
If the size doesn't fit or the person you were buying a gift for doesn't like it, you can exchange an item in store or return it in the post at your expense with proof of purchase. If an item is returned in the same condition as it was bought, store credit will be issued to the retail value of the item. Please note that we cannot issue a refund.

If the product you have ordered is faulty, please let us know by contacting us. We will ship a new item to you if one is available. If not, we will arrange for store credit or a refund. Please see our refund policy for more details.
