Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. If you select the Parcel option, your order will be shipped with insurance and signature on delivery. Satchels do not receive extra insurance or have signature on delivery.
If your shipment arrives with notable damage, please notify the driver that you would like to sign for the parcel "Subject to Check". If an item in your shipment is damaged, please let us know by contacting us. You may be required to lodge a damage claim with Australia Post.
If you have checked the Australia Post tracking and your parcel doesn't seem to be heading in the right direction or if it says delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will raise the issue with Australia Post to figure out where your parcel has wandered off to. Please be rest assured as your parcel is fully insured. Should your parcel be declared officially as lost and we are unable to reship your order, we will issue store credit or a refund.
If the size doesn't fit or the person you were buying a gift for doesn't like it, you can exchange an item in store or return it in the post at your expense with proof of purchase. If an item is returned in the same condition as it was bought, store credit will be issued to the retail value of the item. Please note that we cannot issue a refund.
If the product you have ordered is faulty, please let us know by contacting us. We will ship a new item to you if one is available. If not, we will arrange for store credit or a refund. Please see our refund policy for more details.
